“We were looked after by Ciaran in the Sprucefield branch and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely listened to what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s not often you meet someone who goes above and beyond, but Ciaran certainly did. Thanks again for all your help — we really appreciate it .”
