“I have been visiting the dwellness room for the last 5 months and I can honestly say it has made such a difference to my life. I feel calmer, less burdened, more confident & more in tune with my thoughts & thought processes. I began with a session roughly once a week & that gradually extended to once a fortnight. Now I visit once a month for "maintenance" & really look forward to my treatments.
