I contacted customer service and was informed that only one side is primed, which was the case. All I had to do was unwrap and look at other side. I was also explained that skirting boards are shipped with the bad side up to prevent any damage to the primed side. Definitely ordering again as the amount I bought was only enough for the ground floor. Highly recommend!”
