I ordered a custom loft access hatch from them and in first contact Zoe couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging dispatch so it would arrive when we were back from holiday. When the parcel did arrive the courier hadn’t taken notice of the fragile markings and had unfortunately damaged the panel significantly. When I got in contact and sent photos, Kate was extremely helpful in sorting the issue and immediately arranged for a new panel to be manufactured with no quibbling. Excellent customer service all around. Thanks”
