“Super service from start to finish. Great welcome, comfortable waiting area - Exceptional service Had booked to get tyres replaced as a previous garage (main dealer) advised to do so. This garage did a thorough inspection and then asked me why I wanted the tyres replaced? It turns out that they had more than enough tread for 10k plus miles left…..saved me £1k+ Very refreshing to experience such immense quality and honesty. I travelled 10+ miles to use this garage when there are so many within 2-3 miles of my address”

“Went there with a slow puncture, expecting to have to pay for a new tyre. The guy booked me if for the following day, and having looked at it said he could do a free puncture repair. So I was well chuffed with that, and his honesty.”

The free hot chocolates on my two visits were just the icing on the cake , guys listen to me , these people are the real deal who put the customer before anything else and genuinely make you feel assured. My husband always takes his taxi there to get fixed and my brother always has his mot and service done by raf on his mini an he lives in Birmingham. That how good raf is he’s worth the travel from Birmingham to Walsall. I send my daughter there any time she has any problems with her BMW and he gets straight to it diagnosing the problem and sorting it out for her: I would highly recommend him.”

“I have had a very positive experience when using Fitch Autos for a recent service on my Range Rover. I would firstly like to begin by saying that the ladies on the reception desk have been so kind, compassionate and fabulous! They clearly care about customer service. Communication was excellent and I was consulted on any work before it was carried out. Although unexpected repairs can be expensive, I know that my Range Rover is now in the very best mechanical condition it can be for its age and mileage. There will always be a garage that can do it “cheaper”. However, my mind is at peace knowing you get what you pay for.
