“The gym is on the smaller side compared to many other mainstream gyms, which means you may not find all of the machines you'd like to use here. Classes are very good. Gym generally busy at usual peak times but relatively quiet otherwise. Although it is a mixed gender gym, I don't find this to be an issue, unless it is really busy. Would benefit from free lockers beings as the membership is just as high as other well equipped gyms.”

“Iv been to many many gyms across the UK and this one is one of my favourites, the layout is good the bags are very good quality with a decent size boxing ring , the people in there are welcoming and made me feel right at home definitely be going again highly recommend”
