From the wonderful wash and head massage from Poppy to the time spent with Natalie explaining what would work well with my type of hair, Natalie spent a lot of time on my hair getting rid of all the weight so now I actually have a hair style that looks fabulous. In the past, I have had a keratin treatment however, each time I had it my grey/white hair was left very brassy, and even purple shampoos could not bring back the shine and tone of my natural hair colour.
