He took the time to listen to what I wanted, which was to go a lighter cool brown from box dyed hair. I was super nervous as I had past bad experiences but Jay made me feel reassured and like I was in good hands, he asked me questions to understand exactly what I wanted which I haven’t had before ! the service was amazing throughout, he gave me a remote for the tv while my toner was on , offered drinks & food .
