Dog socialization in Halifax

“I’ve been taking my puppy to It’s a Dog Life for 5 months now, one day a week, and they are always so flexible if I need an extra day. The cost is so reasonable compared to a dog walker, and I have complete peace of mind knowing he’s cared for all day while I’m at work. The staff are amazing – especially Louise, who my dog absolutely adores! He’s always so excited when we pull up, and often doesn’t want to leave. He’s also had a groom here and it was excellent. In fact, when I took him for a last-minute bath at Pets at Home, they asked who groomed him and said it was one of the best they’d seen. I would honestly be lost without this service. Highly recommend!”

“Pippa was great with our two from the moment we booked. Little walks, daycare, and single night stop over to help get to know each other. Then, when the stay came, a good amount of feedback, photos and videos let us know they were enjoying being with her and the other dogs she cared for. Definitely hope to use again next year.”

They have a back up walker if your walker is off for any reason so your dog doesn't go without a walk. My dog loves his walks with his walker Kathryn and I look forward to seeing the photos they post afterwards.”

“Dan has dog sat for our retriever Tom many times and he is so friendly and caring and more importantly Tom loves him. Tom is always happy and settled when we return and doesn't seem to notice that we have been away! Dan always communicates well when we are away, sending us updates and photos of Tom and always leaves the house clean and tidy too :) Thank you Dan for providing such a good service, we know that Tom is in excellent hands with you :)”
