I just had a wash and trim but my friend had her roots done. Fatima was very thorough in what she was doing and kept asking my friend if she was ok and happy with everything she was doing. I am always made to feel welcome and am greeted by name every time which makes me feel like a valued customer. My nails are always finished to an excellent standard and I always get lots of compliments on them. I have my nails quite long with acrylic and they never break! Even after a 5 week break my nails looked exactly the same! If you want a top quality service in a friendly environment then Lilys is the place for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”
