“Impressed with Caravan Guard’s included break down cover. Broke down 4.5hrs away from home in the middle of no where. Rang AXA who initially couldnt help as their computers were down and couldn’t verify my policy without them. They offered in good faith though to take my word for it, potentially taking a loss themselves to transport me to a local garage. I explained I didn’t want this on a Sunday when I needed to be home for work Monday and that I was covered for nationwide recovery. Rang Caravan Guard who were also very helpful and rang AXA to verify for me. AXA quickly rang me back and arranged for my 24ft motorhome to be transported home. Not only did the transporter who arrive have a great attitude and friendly personality but he went to great lengths to make sure my motorhome was recovered home in one trip rather than risk damage or loss by Daisy chaining it home”
