“We used Magnet at Guiseley for our latest kitchen. As well as suiting our style, they delivered on their promises. It seems commonplace for kitchen manufacturers/suppliers to fail to meet expectations, whether it's problems with, designs, orders, or missing items that take forever to be fulfilled. At Magnet, they accept they're not perfect and said that if we have issues, then they'd do their best to rectify them or help. They were true to their word. Missing inventory or issues with the order were rectified within tight timescales, which meant they never became a problem to the installation process. They were prepared to visit their many local-ish branches to gather needed items and drop them off at their expense. They dealt with imperfect electrical equipment and replaced it without any fuss. Adam is an experienced and competent kitchen designer who guided/influenced our final design. We're very pleased with the end result. We visited recently to enquire whether we could make some alterations to the design. After use, we have come to realise that, to us, drawers are more use than cupboards. We wanted to swap to 900 mm cupboards for 900mm drawers. Adam helpfully ensured it was possible and managed the order in a cost effective way ensuring, whilst still relatively expensive, it was not exorbitant.”

We decided on a new kitchen, as many people do when catering for a good number of people during Christmas. From concept to completion Ewan, David and the Team at Palmer and Palmer could not have been more helpful and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Aside form the purchase of property buying a kitchen is a large purchase and to be fair we were very demanding and wanted the best we could afford - Palmer and Palmer delivered on every front! Even down to the last minute changes, we wanted. The fitting was of the highest standard and, often more importantly, the after sales support, advice and liaison has been the best. We cannot praise Palmer and Palmer highly enough and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this local, honest, reliable and very competitive quality company. On the day of the installation Kyle arrived ontime and began installing the swing straight away after a few final checks about how we wanted things. Kyle worked all day to install the swing and left us very happy with his work. The swing is very sturdy and is built from strong materials and is a much better quality than you would find in the shops for a comparable price. My children love the swing and it will definitely keep them entertained when the playgrounds are closed these summer holidays.”

“Very good company. We rent a property and have had streams of clowns sent to do work. Cheap quotes usually mean crap jobs. Langfield has changed my mind. On Friday they turned up and sanded of the terrible paint job on the house. There was no undercoat from previous work. Now we have clean gutters , undercoat and gloss. We arrived home on Monday after the worker had finished his work and the painting looked fantastic. I would recommend this company who care about their work even for Whitegates”

They sort all the references and do the necessary checks every time. Emma in the lettings office is extremely helpful and friendly. People who write bad reviews forget the agent is not always at fault. If they fall victim to poor property owners they can only do so much! I think they do a very good job indeed.
