“Rang for an appointment on Thursday for 2 dry cuts with Tanya. Despite struggling to add additional bookings to her day, Tanya went above and beyond and squeezed both my Mum & I in for Saturday. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile & offered a drink. The space is really modern inside and despite the cost of living crisis, there is no expense spared as it is so clear that Tanya genuinely cares about her customers & their experience. It was so nice that every customer that as every customer who walked through the door, Tanya greeted them with a smile & addressed them personally by their name. It was so clear that the girls who work at Million Hairs under Tanya's guidance have a great work ethic and have a brilliant role model who is positively influencing them. Both my Mum & I were really happy with our experience at Million Hairs. It is clear that Tanya is really knowledgeable and experienced in her skills as a professional, she's confident and I felt so valued as a client - really happy with my hair cut. Feels so much healthier. My Mum has visited a few times now and I shall definitely be returning. Some on street parking is available, however there is ample parking with 2 car parks that are extremely reasonably priced directly next to the premises.”
