“Hi Good Morning, Before 15 mints i get a threading service from your salon , i don't know the staff name but she is short height girl and making a bun i told her when she start threading that don't make my eyebrow thin but still she make my eyebrow too thin and this not the first time i experienced this its my second time .. I came after two months with proper growth of my eyebrow but she remove all the hairs make them too thin its unexpected from you guys seriously two times i face this how unresponsible she is..Never came back...”

I was offered a hot drink and everything was done to make me as comfortable as possible. The only negative is the 2 steps to get into it, but as an old building with a very narrow pavement in front of it that can't be helped. Despite that, I will definitely be back.”
