“Highly recommended Physio centre. My Daughter injured her knee training, after a few days it wasn't improving so I called for an appointment, was seen the same day by Arron who was fantastic, fully explained what she'd done and how he would get it better, we felt at ease with Arron as he was so professional but friendly with it. He estimated 6/8 weeks recovery and was spot on, my Daughter followed all the exercises he gave her and last night she was back training, stronger than ever. Massive thank you to Arron x”

“After suffering from neck pain for some time I decided to try physio. I picked Tamar based on the excellent reviews and am so glad I did. Tamar is professional but very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. I understood the treatment and always felt Tamar genuinely cared. My neck pain has now gone but if I ever feel the need for physio in the future I will have no hesitation in returning to Tamar.”
“I’ve always been to an ear specialist since been young and 2 years ago was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma! What the heck is that…… ahhhh that’s why I can’t hardly walk the dogs or enjoy walks, that’s why I can’t talk to people when I’m walking, that’s why I feel so disabled!! So whilst I waited for an operation I struggled for 2 years! Knowing nothing about vestibular therapists and what they did. I found John and he rang me and I could have cried on the phone. Telling him my symptoms and him understanding and explaining it was normal due to the tumour was a huge relief. I had surgery to remove it out of my ear. John explained more than the surgeon did and I had such an intense thorough assessment. John has so much experience. The up to date equipment he has to test every area of the vestibular system is un real. The exercises I’ve done at home in between visits have had a huge impact on my recovery. John has great communication methods, any questions or concerns I just email straight away and he always replies. It’s been 3 months since surgery and I literally can’t thank John enough!! He’s really helped me feel normal again and supported me in accepting I won’t necessarily be 100% perfect but we will do everything possible to get their. Thankyou John from the bottom of my heart ! Your wonderful.”
“Heidi has helped us more that we could have imagined. From the first contact she was informative and compassionate and gave valuable advice even before our face to face sessions. Heidi's therapy rooms are relaxed and welcoming. Heidi made us feel relaxed and comfortable and her knowledge and approach is intuitive and comforting. She gives guidance and hope and is a truly lovely person. Thank goodness there are people like Heidi doing the work she does.”
