They managed to get the door open without damaging anything and replaced the faulty latch with a working used part which saved me a bit of money. Communication was excellent and they even arranged for me to be able to collect the car because I couldn't get to them unti after they'd closed on that paricular day. If I ever need to farm out any work (I do most car repairs myself) I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.”
