“I finished my course last year but thought i'd write a review. The staff were great especially Shameem Koser who now no longer works there she was my favourite person to work with they were all great Carly Newsholme, Fran Day, Andy C, Jane Christie etc. The course I was on was great and the facilities was kept clean and tidy due to the great cleaners. Also, everybody was helpful in the canteen was helpful especially Angie in the canteen who I know.”

“We attended Teen Terrors with our puppy chihuahua and also had a one to one session for our older terrier cross who has struggled with anxiety/reactivity over the years. Both me and my husband felt so much more confident after working with Jo. She really understands and cares for dogs. We learnt about lead handling and how to use body language to stay connected with your dog. We learnt about the importance of play and giving your dog choices. And we focussed on setting our dogs up for success - choosing the right environment for a walk, eliminating stress etc. We're all now feeling positive and ready to go!”

“Salaam, I’ve had the intolerance test done in July . My main issue was feeling uncomfortable with bloating nausea indigestion. My weight was never coming down . It’s October now alhamdullilah first thing I noticed was bloating reduced significantly and I feel as though I’ve come down at least one dress size if not more . Hardest part was first few weeks cutting out on sugar now I don’t crave it . Alhamdullilah, ma sha Allah.”

“We had a two night stay in the Cherubs room. Was so lovely, the bed was comfy and the decor is eclectic and quirky. Just our cup of tea :-) fabulous location on Main Street and within walking distance of all of Haworth's famous areas. Great value for money too. A great base for exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Would visit again”

“What a find this was. First impressions on entering the hotel, noticed that the garden was well tended with a neat, mowed lawn and pretty border flowers. A warm welcome and advice on where to park the car. Clean, modern and tidy throughout. Our spacious room overlooked the front garden and church on the road side, but was extremely quiet. The window opened fully, which is such a blessing as I do like fresh air, most hotels' windows only open a fraction. The bed was huge and comfy. The bathroom, very clean and midern, with plenty of fluffy white towels and a powerful shower. There's a hairdryer and iron if needed. Plenty of sockets to plug in your gadgets. Free WiFi. Smart tv. Breakfast was spot on, served by very friendly ladies, it came quickly and was hot and delicious, with quality bacon and sausage. Whilst waiting for friends, we had a short walk into the town centre. Which was quaint and had a friendly, warm feel to it. Close to pubs and eating places. Salts mill, Saltaire not far away, and a short journey into Bradford, which is a lovely city, with lots of historic architecture. Perfect. Will definitely be staying here again.”

“I was looking for a groomer where I could stay and support my dog whilst being groomed as she has had spinal surgery which has left her with weak rear legs.Paws Office was the perfect one she is very patient and experienced.”

“I needed additional weights for my V-Fit cable machine (cos I'm THAT hard) so emailed the address in the user manual. A prompt response arrived from Chloe (more on the advantages of Chloes later) advising on parts and prices with direction to phone to order. I phoned and, after a short wait, my call was answered by..... Chloe! Not a well meaning but ultimately useless poor minion in Mumbai but Chloe in actual West Yorkshire in that there actual Great Britain. The UK no less! Who'd have thunk such a state of affairs could still exist in these times wot have gone to hell in a hand cart on fire and covered in poo??? Anyhoo, she told me what I needed, emailed me photos to confirm whilst on the call (which informed me I only needed one component), checked with a colleague to be sure, then told me the cost. £29.99 incl shipping. Not £299.99. £29.99. For weight equipment. And free shipping by a trustworthy courier. Not Herpes. Not Curdle. Actual Parcel Force. Free. To north east Sutherland. Amazing. Two days later it was fitted. I did that bit, not Chloe. She wasn't THAT keen. All this gushing is a mark of how shockingly bad customer service and high prices has made me/us feel. So when an experience like this happens, it's cause for jubilance. I feel like I'm constantly chasing incompetence and stupidity so this is a joy. Every company needs a Chloe. Chloes are brilliant. Must be the Ancient Greek thing. Incidentally, I'm not actually THAT hard. I'm a jessie with a weights machine but one can dream. My whippet Jeff outdid me on the pec fly yesterday. A tad galling....”

“Was served today by a lovely lady, she is very knowledgeable in her products and has horses herself which is comforting to know that I'm not being sold something just for a sale! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be back when the spring collection arrives in store”

“I just recently had a brilliant stay at the YHA Haworth. Me and Several members of our family had the pleasure of staying at YHA. We had a brilliant experience to say the least. We booked out several rooms, to sleep in, and also threw a party in the newly renovated entertainment room. We were lucky to have some good weather, which made my experience just that much better. The building itself is beautiful, and the stained glass windows, and the spiral staircase make for some amazing pictures. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place any more. We all loved our experience, and were treated extremely well. The service we received was brilliant, and we were treated very well. It was great fun for the family, and the children too. The games room allowed for the children to have their fun, while the sitting room allowed the older kids and the adults to relax. Brilliant stay, and I will for sure come again. Couldn’t recommend it any more. Definitely a stay worth making.”

Bradley is friendly, punctual, reliable and I always feel that Jake is well cared for and in super safe hands when he's out and about being walked with the pack. Jake is always so excited to see Bradley and returns home a well socialised, tired and happy dog. A major plus is the abundance of photos of the days adventures at the end of each day.
