I promptly received a call back from Olivia, who was very polite and friendly on the phone. After we viewed the house, I put an offer in. It was the first time I had ever done this but Olivia was so lovely on the phone she made me feel at ease instantly. Unfortunately, the seller declined our offer, and my partner called Olivia yesterday to put another offer in but the property had sold. We have submitted a few expressions of interest to various estate agents within the area, and I have to say Hunters have been the only one worth a 5-star review! Only one other has got back to me... 3 days late, with only one viewing date (but that's another story for another review)! The whole experience leaves me with a lot of confidence in choosing Hunters in the future. I hope we end up successfully finding a property through them!”
