On the day I was greeted by friendly staff and had a simple, yet thorough consultation on what vaccines were recommended. For someone who has never needed vaccinations for travel, I felt a bit confused when searching for information myself and the lovely pharmacist (sorry I don't know your name) led me through everything personalised to my trip.
