They helped my daughter with a bodged piercing another company done, where they had used wrong sized earing which sunk into my daughter's ear lobe and started to get infected, that salon wouldn't help me but troupers did and they really were fantastic. “I usually do my own acrylics as I don't trust many others to do it but thought I'd give this place a go. The lady who did my nails I believed is called Lily. She was very kind and sweet. We made casual conversation and she made me feel very welcome. During every step of the process she made sure to check that I was happy with how my nails looked. She did the nails exactly like the inspo photo that I showed her for reference. I would definitely recommend! The only slight issue was that I feel the top coat wasn't put on too accurately as when I got home I noticed some was on the edges of the skin around the nails but I just filed this off. For reference, the pictured acrylics I got below cost £37. I like the fact that unlike most places that do acrylics quite thick, the thickness of these are almost quite natural looking in person. Really well done.”
