Messaged him previously explaining she could be a bit anxious due to her autism, and he immediately asked if he could make any adjustments to help her. We arrived there and from the second we walked in she was made to feel super special, and she was smiling from ear to ear (pun intended!) as she sat down to get pierced. She didnt flinch! She didnt bat an eyelid, so quick and painless for her and she is now the proud owner of sparkly ears! Thank you to BIg Redz for today, I shall be recommending you to EVERYONE! X”
