“I’ve just registered here and what impressed me from the get go, is their telephone system, I tried a few surgerys and got the usual busy tone over and over, which is very frustrating when your Ill and need a doctor, however no such problem here, their system tells me what number I am in the queue should I care to wait, or offered to hold my place in the queue and call me back, I opted for call back and true to their word i got a call back 20 minutes later from a very friendly lady, who advised me to come straight in to register, which I did, this kind of service makes me believe that the patient experience and customer service really matters to these guys, very reassuring. the ladies in reception are ever so friendly, then I had an appointment next day with the nurse and my registration is complete, very impressed so far, I’m looking forward to my next illness haha”
