Also, the delivery team were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they took their shoes off so they didn't mess up my brand new carpet, that shows respect that isn't always seen these days. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here again, in fact, this was a return purchase as they sold me my last mattress many years ago.”

You can see the quality in the work and the pride that John takes, its not the cheapest and it shouldnt be - this isn't a factory item, it's a bespoke piece and that takes time. The service provided is the icing on the cake, with John holding onto our order for an extra couple of weeks when we ended up having family commitments.
