“Small ideally place for walking into Warwick and visiting the castle also as the title says Racecourse great on race days. The site is small the welcome was friendly facilities very clean .”

We were given free access as guests to the firework display which was really special. The swimming pool and hydro pool were really nice. The breakfast buffet was really good. “Stayed here overnight on a long journey. Everything fine. Very happy with the accomodation, hence a very satisfied 5 stars. However... Tripped over a couple of gotchas, though not the fault of the owner (lovely chap). 1, The room must be paid for in cash on arrival – my fault, I missed the message from Booking.com. 2, No breakfast! This is Google's fault: the description in G-Maps clearly (& incorrectly) categorises this guest house as a B&B (it isn't), *AND* it says that breakfast is available. It isn't. The owner hasn't served breakfast in over 2 years. The details in Booking.com are correct and I should've spotted this discrepancy. C'mon Google, get this entry updated. Why is it taking you over 2 years?”
