My therapist, Jenna made the whole experience 5 stars. I booked the Spa Starter which includes a Back Massage, Facial & either a Manicure or Pedicure. Before starting the back massage, Jenna asked about any problem areas and pressure and then checked in again once she started which was ideal. The facial was one of the best I’ve ever had and I went into having my manicure SO relaxed. It was really lovely to have the same therapist do all my treatments as I felt really well looked after and didn’t feel rushed or passed from pillar to post. Jenna was so friendly and is a great asset to the team. I’d highly recommend and I can’t wait to book in again.”
