My nephew attended La Petite Academy for 3 years; and since with their help, has come on leaps and bounds. Being an experienced primary teacher I have to certainly recommend. I watched my nephew not only grow academically but also as a confident young boy. Key workers and management were so helpful with the plan given to my brother for support and even as he moved up to primary gave advice and assistance with the transition which I know can often be traumatic.”

“I was so nervous sending my little girl to Nursery but ever since being here she’s made me and her dad so proud and we have all of the girls there to thank for that. My little girl has learnt new songs, count to 20 and her ABCs by the age of 3 years old and it’s all down to this amazing Nursery. They have encouraged her to eat different foods which was a worry to me and always let me no what she has and hasn’t ate when i pick her up which is a good help. The girls are amazing and are very aproachable to me and my daughter! I’d recommend this Nursery to anybody!!!”

“I can't recommend White House Nursery highly enough. My little one has come on leaps and bounds. We have a confident, well mannered and beautiful little girl. She speaks positively about all the staff and has made really good friends. She enjoys going and looks forward to it. As a parent the staff keep us informed on what she's doing daily, and also important to us the Nursery has a cook on site and all food is cooked fresh each day. I will definitely use them for child number 2.”

“Our daughter attended Shardlow Hall day nursery for 2.5 years and I cannot fault the care she has had there. She’s come on so much with her language and social skills, and made some great friendships. There’s so many good points about the nursery, but one thing that stood out for me is the outdoor space. The nursery backs onto farmers fields, so the children can look at the cows and tractor, there’s a fenced grassed back garden for summer, a tarmac all weather playground area, and also a forest school area. There are horses, chickens and ducks nearby. The nursery have visitors coming in to teach Spanish and do dance classes, and groups who bring animals in for the children to meet. If nature and the outdoors are important factors for you when choosing a nursery, I don’t think you can beat Shardlow.”

All the staff are very nurturing and caring, they address all the children’s needs very well from babyhood onwards and give them a good start in literacy and numeracy for school. “What can I say...Wonderful nursery and the transformation inside and out over the last 12 months has been nothing short of amazing! My daughter started at 12 months, is now 2 and loves going. Her development has come on in leaps and bounds and that's down to the great staff encouraging and nurturing her needs and also supporting me as a parent with any concerns I have. Updates are given daily and access to a app showing posts, photos and videos along with development/learning assesments reviewing each learning period. Great varied menu too so no longer a fussy eater. I would definitley recommend to any parent looking for a great childcare provider when returning to work..”
