“It's been a while since I came here and I popped in on the off-chance they could change some jewellery for me as I have an MRI coming up. I needed 7 different retainers, they had more than enough in stock and it was absolutely no trouble. While there I spotted a few nice bits of jewellery to buy in the morning to replace the old bars and hoops, that will look so much better. Never once have I ever been made to feel unwelcome or feel like I've asked stupid questions over the years coming to here. Other piercing salons could well take a lesson in basic customer service from Abacus if they appreciate returning customers.”
