“Entered the store and was met by Sam the cheery security guard, always makes sure I'm eating well, walked up the first Isle with him, as we got to the end we could see a wee auld lady waving frantically, Sam and I went over and she asked Sam to reach for the 1 litre bottle of milk she needed, unfortunately Sam, being just a little taller than the wee auld lady, couldn't reach it either, meanwhile, at the tills Diane noticed what was happening, tied more knots in her t-shirt (for aerodynamics) and sprinted up the freezer isle, with one stride she mounted the last freezer and flipped onto Sam's shoulders, Diane, balancing perfectly, urged Sam towards the fridge, Diane retrieved the carton and her graceful back flip dismount from Sam was something to behold, she presented the wee auld lady with her milk and walked proudly back to the tills while the whole store erupted in cheers, amazing.”

“Shop is very useful and just opened this year so they're getting used to the customer wants and nots. Very friendly staff and managers who gets the shortfall of products in when you ask. That's good service and why I'll prefer to shop at them rather than the chain stores because they've become too complacent and this store has a nice variety of wines and beverages.”
