His dental assistant was so lovely too, making me feel really at ease. I have to say, every staff member I have spoken to have been so lovely, helpful and accommodating. On my last visit, as I was leaving Andy’s room I heard a voice saying Hi Audrie, how are you getting on. It was Lorraine the office manager, as I passed her office, she was checking in with me to see I was satisfied with everything.
