Lucy was welcoming, friendly and informative; you feel instantly welcomed like a friend and in good hands when it comes to the cold water plunge. I booked a 90 minute session which was perfect to get 2 plunges in with a really good sweat on. I’m so looking forward to a restful night sleep tonight now that my mind and body is calm.
