“Being involved in an accident is never a pleasant experience, but the way these guys dealt with my repair has left me feeling really satisfied. I booked my repair with Northern Accident Repair through my insurer and within minutes they called me to organise for the damage to be assessed. I took my car in for the assessment and was given an accurate timeframe for the repair. When my car was in for repair, I received text messages every day telling me what stage it was at, which was really reassuring and was a step above and beyond, considering the repair only took just over a week. The quality of the repair work done is outstanding, and is much better than I could’ve anticipated. I did have an issue whereby my window switch had been damaged on the door that had been repaired, but I contacted Northern and the problem was resolved without issue the very next day. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I’ve received with these guys and I’d return here for any future work without hesitation.”

“Came across this garage on a whim as the garage I was recommend to go to was unexpectedly shut so I bobbed in here after seeing it as I passed to go to the other one. Spoke to Richard. Ive taken my 2015 A3 to many garages over recent months for ongoing intermittent issues and this is the first garage I've gone to that have actually said they would do tests. Everywhere else wanted to just do things on a guess. One garage even said it'd be scrap value of £300! I lost faith in the car and thought I'd never get it fixed but Richard changed that. He did the tests, explained things to me, did the work and charged a fraction of what other garages wanted. Thank you for your knowledge, experience and moral compass by being driven by a genuine desire to help and not greed. It's rare to find.”
