Made the mistake of buying an ebike from a competitor bike store in Wakefield who completely fluffed up the setup to the point my new £9000 bike was dangerous and unrideable. Luke was recommended at Cycle Gear in Halifax so I travelled over and they sorted everything out like a Formula 1 team. So fast and thorough. I have now found a great store to look after my bike problems and servicing for the future. Luke is the king of bike mechanics, if there was a world champion at fixing bikes it would be Luke not Joe.
