The girls have emailed the medicine team in the doctors practice so they can talk to someone and explain what is needed. This is well above what they needed to do and is much appreciated. “Had a few issues getting my son's insulin. Jenny is an absolute star she sorted it within 10 minutes when I rang. I then went into the surgery to collect his prescription and was talking to her for about 10 minutes even though we were talking laughing and joking she was still very polite and professional in sorting something that's an on going issue with the supplier. Jenny is definitely the one I will be asking for in future.”
