    “I was referred by my GP to assess on dementia. I was consulted by Dr. Jake Taylor. He is a real professional and with excellent care for patients. The first consultation lasted for more than 1 hour. He went through many questions for the assessment and concluded that my symptoms are consistent with a depression rather than dementia. He prescribed 6 weeks of antidepressant to me. My mood has been lifted after the medicine and I felt new life has came back to me. I am much in debt to Dr. Taylor's care and appropriate treatment on me. A big thank you to rebuild my life.”
