“This is my local pharmacy. They are always polite and friendly and always have the prescriptions ready for me. The pharmacist even game a blood pressure test which led to the dr putting me in tablets for high blood pressure , which they would have never known if i hadn’t had the pharmacist take my reading.”

“I phoned the pharmacy today chasing up my repeat prescription and the lady could not have been more helpful. She couldn't find my prescription but then looked via my national health number and advised me it had gone elsewhere. No idea why as I always have my prescriptions at Ferrybridge. She said she would phone the pharmacy it had gone to and asked me to call her back in 30 minutes. When I called her back she told me she had managed to get the prescription back and my tablets would be delivered this evening. Now that's what I call great customer service. Very refreshing too to deal with someone who obviously cares about her job and customers,especially after the week I've had with the rude staff at healthcare first. So nice to speak to someone polite and helpful at this pharmacy.”
