“We were advised by our usual garage to visit Ravi at Shokar Motors (Keighley) regarding an intermittent problem with our Zafira. Unfortunately the issue became significantly worse at the start of the Bank Holiday. I contacted Ravi and he arranged to meet me with the car. Ravi was really friendly and he kept in touch frequently, updating us on progress with the car. He worked hard to rectify an intermittent issue and was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. He contacted us outside of regular works hours as well and even sent a message once the car had been fixed and collected to check on the performance of the car the following day. Based on our experience I would not hesitate to advise anyone to visit Shokar Motors. Thankyou Ravi!”

“Not been with the practice too long, but every time I’ve had to call up or receive a call the doctors and reception have been lovely. Never uninformed when waiting for next steps etc for care. As far as appointments etc go I’ve always been offered one with in 14 days or next day/same day if it’s serious or urgent. Happy to of registered here”
