    “I taught here for about a term as a supply teacher about 2 years ago. This is a great school to be a supply teacher in, and I am confident, probably a permanent one too. I found that the students were very respectful and treated me as if I was their usual teacher. The science dept has very organised lesson plans so in the event of me being a supply teacher, the students did not lose out and were taught the same lessons as everyone else. Because I wasn't lesson planning from scratch, I gained more to mark work and provide feedback, which is probably the most important part of a teacher's job. This school is rated good by ofsted but from the point of view of a teacher, I felt it was better than some schools that have been rated outstanding.”
