“Great staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Easy valet service for offsite parking. Full English breakfast hot and tasty. Room was comfortable, water hot and powerful enough, we had a great view of the Minster, don’t book a room on that side of the hote if you need it to be quiet to be able to sleep. Busy street outside and single glazed windows meant it was noisy. Would stay here again!”
