Nigel has honestly changed my present and my future too, I had a really rubbish impression of counsellors and therapy before him, but Nigel changed that! EMDR is a really tough experience, but in the right hands, it's worth it. I've had sessions with Nigel for 8-9 months, on/off. He's there when you need it, but also very understanding if you want some time off. He makes you feel like the therapy is all about YOU, your development, not his business. 10/10.”
