“I had a very pleasant trip here on 28 June 2023. After struggling to get an appointment for my mum in my own city, we were offered an appointment in the Leicester clinic. While the clinic in my own city (Derby) is also great, the staff in Leicester were so wonderful that I wanted to leave them a personal review. All the staff are brilliant. James, Tracey, Urvi, Saffron & Kelly - thank you for providing my mum with such delightful and exceptional service. You guys were absolutely brilliant and we couldn't have had any better service. We were told we could be at the clinic for approximately 3-4 hours however we were done in just 1 hour! Many thanks once again to the team and we shall see you again soon. Thank you.”
