“Absolutely amazing! I practically never review things, but this was something important to me, and it went so well that I had to leave a review! I've been trying to dye my hair for almost 6 years now, but no one has ever seemed to get it right or do it the way I wanted. Grace really did her job well, and I've not felt this good about myself in a long time. She was absolutely lovely, gave advice on the consultation, explained the process, and was amazing on dye day. I have bad luck with hair dressers pulling, yanking, and catching my hair ALL the time, but Grace was as gentle as can be with me. My hair doesn't feel coarse like when other hair dressers dyed my hair, and it's silky smooth thanks to whatever products KH used when they washed it for me. Grace offered sprays and everything, which I really liked too. Trust me, this place is WORTH THE PRICE. A huge thank you to Grace and the lady who washed and toned my hair, I love my multiple shades of purple, and I will DEFINITELY be coming back for years to come for all my spontaneous colour fantasies!”

“The best experience, My first time here was in March of this year where i had a consultation for a colour change from brown to blonde and hair extensions, Natalie had a look at my hair and gave me some options which were best for the condition my hair was in at the time which was shoulder length! I was then booked in for my colour and extension fitting, such an amazing job was done i walked out feeling the most confident I have in a long time not only did my hair look great it felt so soft and blended perfectly! I have had two appointments since, one was just the other day and for a refitting and root colour and again was treated with the best care and very well looked after! I’m always offered a drink on arrival, Worth every penny, such a lovely clean salon with friendly staff who take care of you. Went in to Grace and co with bracelet purchased from them approx 10 years ago - leather/suede wrap around with charms - needed to know brand as suede was peeling and wanted replacement- sales assistant completely useless no idea tried to sell me Pandora...... daughter suggested I try steffans - straight in - salesman knew brand instantly and has someone that can make me a stronger leather (not suede) replacement - last longer ... So happy with Steffans knowledge and service recieved....”
