“Went in for a lot of items but forgot to bring a £1 for a trolley, so started to shop & put them in my bags, l did manage to find a colleague who was fine with me putting them in my bags to make my shopping trip easier his name began with a “W” & he said that was fine, it turned out he was the Supervisor, l did my shopping without any hassle & when l went to pay l asked the woman at the kiosk if she could get a till operator to scan my items as l had a lot & she said she would get them to open till no3 for me & no sooner had she called for help someone was there, no issues in store, found everything l needed with the occasional help & would definitely go back, staff 1st class”
