Every teacher we have encountered along this journey has been skilled at making children and parents alike feel at ease during lessons, they are positive and encouraging, and take the time to get to know each child and their needs. We have always felt comfortable in approaching any member of staff with questions and feel that our insight is listened to when it comes to our children's welfare. The admin processes are really easy to follow on the website account, but the office is also really responsive if we have further queries. Overall our experience with Puddle Ducks has been nothing short of outstanding and I recommend the programme at every opportunity!”
