“I was an extremely happy regular customer, the food is exquisite. Good size portions and the quality is great. I'm very choosey about my food, and they have never let me down. I've since moved to Swindon, and regularly get food collected by family and brought down to me, because it really is the best. If it wasn't 2 hours away, I'd happily pay a delivery charge to get it !! The customer service is second to none, they really take pride in their food and creating the best meal for you. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Had a really lovely experience at Wagamama over the weekend. I was having a rare child-free day and was on FaceTime with my mother who lives abroad, and my server, Fatima, was just wonderful. She helped me choose the pork belly ramen - something I’d never tried before - and it was absolutely the right choice: comforting, flavourful, and perfect for the cold weather. Fatima was genuinely warm and personable, and even took a moment to be sweet and engaging with my mom on FaceTime. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel really human and memorable. Service like that is exactly why I keep coming back to Wagamama.
