Having been constantly overcharged for substandard work it’s actually difficult to explain how impressed I am with the team at Alfaman. I took in my Guilia Quadrifoglio that required a service. I was aware of some issues with my brakes as well as being advised by a tire shop to getting my tracking done as well. I explained this to Eddy and he arranged a date where this could all be done at once. Throughout the whole process the communication was brilliant, I would either receive text updates from Charlie or a call from Eddy to let me know the progress and ask before any extra work from his recommendation was completed. When it came to the bill I was more than pleasantly surprised as it came to half of what the main dealer would’ve charged me with 10x the workmanship put into the job.
