I also had the pleasure of being assisted greatly by Alice, who was so friendly, refreshingly upbeat and personable. She replied to literally every single email within minutes, was utterly 'on point' during all our calls and understood my concerns before I'd even brought them up - amazing; a real asset to the company. I simply cannot recommend this business highly enough and will always book my flights, hotels and holiday packages through Horton Holidays. I went because my tyre light was on, on my dashboard plus it had needed coolant at Christmas and I wanted this checked properly too. They checked both items, then I remembered my heating wasn't working so they checked this and found an air block. All this was done for £68! No taking advantage of a woman who knows nothing. Felt it was really professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back.”
