I called JF Autos late in the day, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me by rearranging their schedule to fit me in the very next morning. On top of that, I had arranged for a mobile mechanic to handle a tyre change since my usual mechanic doesn’t do tyres, but Jack not only offered to do it on-site but also gave me a better price than the mobile technician. Thanks to him, I was able to get everything done in one place, saving me the hassle of taking another day off work. The service was top-notch, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. JF Autos has definitely won me over as a loyal customer, and I’ll happily recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, customer-focused mechanics!”

He fully valeted my car and sourced the correct paint to touch up a few minor scratches. The car looked amazing and when collected the agent said the car was in amazing condition and I incurred no penalties as a result so thank you.”
