We were told, they would do there very best to produce what we wanted. It was exactly the same as the picture we walked in with. Another was a broken heart, again the picture was puzzling, but with a slight tweak, they again produced my beautiful tribute. .They were friendly, kind, honest, went above and beyond to give us what we wanted, on a very sad day. Nigel and his team were really helpful explaining all the work done as well as other possible issues to look out for. Plus they topped up my water for me! Nice to have found a good reliable garage in Dagenham and will certainly be using them again. The only drawback was a 3 week wait to get booked in, but I see that as a sign they are in demand for their quality service so well worth the wait”
