Had an initial consultation where everything was explained to me and I felt they gave me plenty of time to ask questions and was not rushed at all. All the staff are lovely and very professional. I was recommended some products but certainly never felt any pressure to buy these. The lady that did my first treatment also went over things again and gave me far longer than my allocated appointment time. I felt the prices are fair for what I am getting.
