“I was very nervous about sending my son to nursery, but from the moment he started at Monkey Puzzle, I’ve seen him thrive in so many ways. The team’s care and attention have truly put my mind at ease. Another thing that reassures me is seeing the owner around frequently. It’s clear she is personally involved in the day-to-day life of the nursery, checking in with the children and staff, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Knowing that she is so present gives me confidence that my son is in a truly caring and well-managed environment. One of the things I love most is the daily photo updates – it’s wonderful to see what he’s been up to throughout the day and the little moments that make me smile. The meals prepared by their on-site chef are not only delicious but also healthy, giving me confidence that he’s getting the best nutrition while at nursery. I also really appreciate how the nursery celebrates and explores different cultures, helping children learn about the world in a fun and inclusive way. It’s clear that every child’s development and happiness is a priority here. “We are so far extremely pleased with the school. All the staff we came across have been very dedicated and professional; parents and kids are friendly and polite. The school has undergone complete refurbishment and the new buildings are great! Very spacious playground with good equipment and two entrances (one is close to West Harrow Station, which is great for commuting).”

“Wonderful nursery, staff are very patient caring and above all take feedback extremely well. They listen to any concerns you may have and are happy to do whatever they can to help your child and you have the best possible experience with them. They have an extremely flexible attitude and are beyond accommodating to ensure parents are happy with how their child is being cared for. Their primary focus is the child and honestly I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our daughter has just started and although she took a while to settle the process was fully child led and inturn our daughter has settled extremely well. Communication from the staff is fantastic always kept up to date on how our girl is doing. Very grateful for such an accommodating and supportive nursery. They put together lots of scheduled activities for the children regularly to enhance their learning in a safe and fun environment.”

Attending nursery has played a key role on his development and we feel it's excellent preparation for starting school in September.Our Daughter started at 13 Months, my daughter is very much attached to me and the support and reassurance we got during the settling period was fantastic. We are so grateful to the staff at this nursery, in particular the wonderful teachers in pre-toddler. management have been a great support through out both our children at the nursery and continue to be approachable.
